What stands out: Rolletto is a foreign operator without a Belgian licence. For that reason, this is mainly interesting if you already know the brand.

How the money moves holds few surprises here: you deposit with the Bancontact card or the app, and what comes out lands on your account. The rename from Payconiq to Bancontact Pay dates from March 2026.
The Bancontact Pay ceilings are €1500 per transaction and €2500 per day. What you deposit is there right away; a withdrawal normally takes one to three banking days, regardless of how fast the operator approves.
Opening and verifying an account
The start is recognisable at every operator: real name, date of birth and an identity check before the first withdrawal. Expect an ID document plus proof of address. If the name on your bank account differs, things stall.
Customer service rarely speaks Dutch here, and the regulator sits outside the loop. Leave the transaction mails in your inbox; in a disagreement it comes down exclusively to those.

What the law imposes
Belgium regulates player protection above the European average in strictness which feeds straight into your play limit. On any licensed site the weekly limit defaults to €200.
EPIS is the Gaming Commission's central exclusion system: a single request is enough to stay out everywhere at once. The request goes through the regulator itself. Under-21s have been shut out of casino, hall and betting since September 2024; 18 still applies at the National Lottery alone. Without valid ID you do not get through.
Player questions
Yes, €200 per week per site — unless you set a lower cap yourself. Set it deliberately lower if you are unsure. At unlicensed sites that protection does not exist.
Yes. Bancontact and Bancontact Pay are the standard deposit methods; withdrawals go by bank transfer. There is no route back to Bancontact — that goes via the bank. A different name on the account blocks the payout.
Always work the wagering through: 35x on a €50 bonus means €1,750 of turnover before a payout. The validity window is often shorter than you expect. The terms usually sit at the bottom of the bonus page.
Not legal in the Belgian sense: Rolletto operates without a Gaming Commission licence. Status can change; re-check the list if in doubt. Do not take the site's own word for it.
